By Train

“Klagenfurt Hbf” is the main railway station of Klagenfurt and offers direct connections to Graz, Vienna and major cities in Germany.
The bus line “C” (every 10 minutes on weekdays) takes you directly to the Lakeside Park or take a commuter train (every 30 minutes on weekdays) to “Klagenfurt West”. From there, bus line “C” will also take you directly to the Lakeside Park

By Plane

“Klagenfurt Airport” (Austria’s smallest commercial airport) offers regular and direct flights to Vienna (VIE), Cologne (CGN) and London (STN)
There are regular train connections from the airports in Graz (GRZ) , Salzburg (SZG) and Vienna (VIE).
Ljubljana Airport (LJU) in the capital of Slovenia is located 1 hour by car from Klagenfurt.
From there we recommend to either take a rental car or book an airport shuttle to Klagenfurt (~100 € per direction – independent of number of passengers)
Public transit to Klagenfurt is available but not recommended.
