Submission Process
Extended Abstract (2 pages): Authors are invited to submit an two pages extended abstract, including figures, tables, and references. Abstracts will be peer-reviewed. Upon acceptance, authors will be invited to submit a full paper.
All accepted and presented papers will be published in the SPIE Digital Library, indexed in EI Compendex, Scopus, Google Scholar, Inspec, CrossRef, Portico, and assigned a DOI. Selected contributions may be invited for extended publication in Acta IMEKO.

We thank all authors who have submitted a contribution so far. All authors who submitted by March 16th will receive the notification of acceptance by March 30th, 2026. The organizers are pleased to announce a final extension of the submission deadline to April 20th, 2026. The notification of acceptance for submissions received between March 16th and April 20th, 2026 will be sent out by April 30th, 2026.

End of March 2026 — Notification of acceptance or withdrawal (submitted until 16th, March)
End of April 2026 — Notification of acceptance or withdrawal for late papers
01 June 2026 — Manuscript deadline
15 July 2026 — Final manuscript deadline
31 August – 2 September 2026 — Conference in Klagenfurt, Austria
