Submission Process
Extended Abstract (2 pages): Authors are invited to submit an two pages extended abstract, including figures, tables, and references. Abstracts will be peer-reviewed. Upon acceptance, authors will be invited to submit a full paper.
All accepted and presented papers will be published in the SPIE Digital Library, indexed in EI Compendex, Scopus, Google Scholar, Inspec, CrossRef, Portico, and assigned a DOI. Selected contributions may be invited for extended publication in Acta IMEKO.
Important Dates
21 November 2025 — Call for extended abstracts (submission portal opens)
16 February 2026 — Official deadline for extended abstract submission
End of March 2026 — Notification of acceptance or withdrawal
01 June 2026 — Manuscript deadline
15 July 2026 — Final manuscript deadline
31 August – 2 September 2026 — Conference in Klagenfurt, Austria
